i made this weaving in my fibers class...



i decided to make it into a pillow....



i'm rather proud of it...

well, i worked on it every day in class for about 5 and a half weeks...

i'm not really sure what the type of loom was called..but it was basically a piece of cardboard with slits cut 1/4 inch apart on the sides with the warp threads going between the slits...

you can kind of see what i'm talking about in this..

I weave with looms like that too. Wink But I have yet to try something that complicated.

I have a question, though. How do you keep your warp threads pulled tightly? Mine always come loose even though the loose ends are taped down.  Angry
