I needed a quick project today, something that wouldn't take much time, and this is what I came up with. (He's influenced by a Easter Egg bunny I saw) Here's Quicky the Bunny:

And a view from the side:

Yeah, I've got Easter and spring-time on my mind!

This is just too cute! And, it looks super easy! You are just sooo clever- I am jealous!

Where did you get the nose? I need one of those for a bear I'm working on- I looked today at AC Moore and they didn't have any.

And, how did you get the ears to be bent like they are?

Now, he needs a crocheted carrot...  Wink

Aww so cute ^_^

I should give it a try. Hmmm where is my white yarn?  Ooooo and it would be awesome to crochet funfur in it too.

craftADDchick- I get my eyes and noses at Hobby Lobby. With the recent upsurge in crocheted toys, and amigurumi in particular, I don't know why Michaels and JoAnns doesn't carry as big a variety. I've heard that Michaels doesn't carry any at all. JoAnns reportedly carries a pack of two eyes and a nose, and the brown eyes, but not the pretty blue or green eyes I'm so fond of. Oh yeah, the ears just kind of want to bend that way, though I confess, I helped the one on the left a bit when I stitched it into place 'cause I liked the way it looked.

Stars_Fire_17 - I'm already planning on making one with my favorite yarn, YarnBee's Cameo, so soft and fluffy!

Thanks Marjorie! We don't have a Hobby Lobby around here, so I may have to settle for JoAnns, which I can hit later on today, I think.

And, after this week is over, I may have time to give Quicky a try!
