Hotness!!   That cinder block construction looks familiar - college student??  Extra special props for managing a crafty project in college!!  And it's a thrifty one -- you made a kick-ass piece of clothing that can easily sub as "I'm late for class and nothing else is clean!  I actually like this professor and I don't want to wear my jammies!  Akkk!"  Grab a tee and cute flats, and you rock.  Very cute.

The only crafty stuff I ever made in college was of the "procrasti-crafting" variety, meaning it usually cluttered up my already crowded room and was a convenient distraction from the paper that was due in 13 hours.  Hmm, funny how my GPA was never weighted to include craftyness...  Tongue

Ohh! I'm offically inspired to make one now that I have seen it on someone closer to my shape.  Wink   What's that lil' white doo daa on your left hand side, next to the button? Did you use interfacing in the waist band?  Too many ?tions?, Sorry. It's awesome!

Thanks for the comments!  Smiley yes.. many of my projects are definitely of the procrastinating variety.... in fact earlier this week i spent the night and morning before a test knitting a hat..... the little white bit is actually some trim that covers a tear that randomly appeared, and while i didn't use interfacing on the waist band, i used 4 layers of the fabric, interfacing would probably be a good idea, but i didn't have any on hand...
