Ok..
This is THE most easy banana bread recipe, and it has a certain delicious twist! It's chocolate based!!
By easy, I mean you don't need any weird ingredients, and you DON'T even need a mix-master (Though it does help speed things up a bit) ... so poor students like myself can make it with a bowl and wooden spoon. =)

150g  butter
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
2 tbspoon milk
2 bananas , thickly sliced
1 cup self raising flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup good quality cocoa powder
1/2 cup good-quality choc chips

1.)Prehea oveen to 180C. Grease and flour a 21x11cm loaf tin

2.)Cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer until pale. Beat in eggs,
milk and bananas

3.)Sift dry ingredients and stir into the butter mixture, Add choc chips and
stir to combine.Spoon mixture into loaf tin and bake for 45 mins or unutil a
skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. It stores well 3-4 days in an
airtight container.

Addit: I've tried substituting the chocolate chips with peppermint chocolate, or adding peppermint tea into the mix for another fresh twist on the traditional banana bread! =)
