I love the bacon and eggs breakfast the best complete with a mug of coffee!  This is terrific!  Wherever did you get all those patterns?

only the hamburger and the pear are from the book pictured, the rest are from patterns purchased on etsy or made myself.

the apple was just a ball shape--really easy.  Then I just used the brown yarn to make it dimpled on both ends and knotted it on top.  The leaf is from the pink book, but I've found lots of free patterns for them around on the web, usually coupled with flower patterns.
