Bayerische sock-a-long?

I'm in! Just knitted about 4 rows 
I wanted to knit these socks from the first time I saw them!

I'm using 2,5mm needles. I hope it will work otherwise I have to change the pattern a little bit

This is still that first sock.  The skein seems endless.  They're a smidge too big for me & I refuse to frog back with this yarn again, so they'll be going to my sister's if I ever finish them.
