I received my matchbox from norianai!  I love it!

My favourite part is the mini paper crane.  It is so cute!  Thanks so much norianai.

Glad you liked your box Alana! I tried adding ATC-esque bits so you can join in on the madness  Wink

I received my box from Modus Operandi today, too! And, after a lousy afternoon, it was much needed boost!

The box was decorated with a neat polka dot paper and a picture of a teddy bear in need of some TLC (looks like the one I had as a kid!).

She packed in a bunch of cool beads, including a cool square shell bead, an orange felted bead, a piece of wire-wrapped beach glass, one that looks like Bali silver, and a very neat cross with a blue stone in the center (might not show up well in the pic); a bunch of jump rings, a toggle clasp, a barrel clasp, a pair of french ear wires, some food charms, a pretty little button; supplies and directions for making 2 fabric covered buttons, including some neat vintage-looking fabric pieces. So much stuff for my much-neglected jewelry making! Guess what I'll be doing this weekend!

Thanks a bunch! I love it all!!

Oooo, I love the 2 different boxes that Modus Operandi made and I think norianai's boxes and contents are very special.

I've appreciated all of the pm's when you receive, and I've also tried to keep up with the postings in the gallery to make sure that I have all the details correct in the swap record.  Could you please check if you're in the orange group and let me know if I've left out any of your info?  You don't need to pm me if everything is correct for you (either sending or receiving).

Thanks!!

Howdy all! Since I have a little time right now, I thought I'd post a pic of what I got from princess*of*capri today ...

Fantastico, no? I combined the contents of all three of the matchboxes I received from princess*of*capri, tristitia, and Scary Teri ... into a large matchbox. They fit perfectly! I should've taken another photo.

Thanks again, gals, and thanks to our co-organizers! Great idea! Now if only I could go home right this minute and craft ... Cheesy

I received my box from alana1223 yesterday!
She sent all sorts of fun things:)

Here is the box, which was wrapped with ribbon on the outside...sadly, I didn't get a picture before I yanked the ribbon off  Tongue (too excited I suppose!). The ribbon is in the next picture.

Here's all the contents: Stickers, beads, tiny shells, jewelry hardware, charms, tags and super mini money, passport, map and playing cards.

Here's a closeup of the money, cards and passport. The penny is for size reference.

Thanks Alana! I love it  Cheesy
