'Cute geeks'  Grin  ..I like that!

I'm just amazed at the amount of stuff people are managing to cram in the boxes!

I've received from all three of my partners now, here's the sweet box from Heini, and a yummy choc bar Grin thank you!

and it's contents, lots of little bits i can use in altered books, the little train is made from wood! Not sure if it's stamped but i love the flower design and the cute little gold stud things, i'm sure these have a name but i don't know it!!

Janeaustin's cute little box arrived tied with a ribbon

Lots more cute tiny bits, The three circles are mirrors! and some more cute stud things, this time in orange and green!

and yesterday I received from Goldsheepbowl, the box is covered with a joke!

a little bag full of gorgeous coloured seed beads, I love the snowflakes and the little tiny padlock and key!

Heini, Janeaustin and goldSheepbowl thank you all very much, i really enjoyed the little boxes full of surprises Smiley

This has been a great swap, and cute gallery, i love the way each box is full of different little treasures!

WOW great boxes everyone's received!

I'm relieved you like your box, Psyche. I can't want to get mine now!!

EDITED to add: I really hope there is a round two, this one is so much fun and easy to do for an inexperienced swapper. I think I would be better with the second one, and would do more matchboxes.

Glad you liked eveything RubyTuesday.  and im glad the mirrors didnt break on the long journey. I was worried about them.  The little stud things are called brads. You can punch them threw more than one piece of paper then flatten out the little legs to hold the pages together. or use them to deocorate ATC's or anything you can think of.  Grin

I received my wonderful box from JuliusMunki over the weekend, it was great to come home to!

Such a lovely box in one of my favourite colours, and look at all the goodies...

Paper butterflies and chickeny bits, jewellery parts, beads, sequins, scrabble tile, key, buttons...the list is endless! Thank you JuliusMunki! Grin

Actually it does sound a bit wrong now that I read it back! Cheesy Maybe I should have gone with 'various papers with chickens on'!

Grin  I am sooo glad you like it!! the box doesn't seem to be a decorative as your beautiful box - which i have on display!  and it gets many compliments, by the way!!  but i did spend lots of time mixing the paint colors on the paper for the perfect loook... OH and the chain - is actually two pieces... you add any necklace material you want and fold the solid metal strips over and voila! necklace - love those things!!!

tee hee!  I hope you love your 'chickeny bits' Wink - i found on one of your posts you like birds ...

I have so many new ideas for the next swap!!!

We're not even half way through the first round, and already people want to do a second!  Smiley  I started a discussion thread for round 2 here:

As much as we have loved this swap, I don't think either KCgal or I are going to organize round 2.
