I've been dealing with overnight prints for a year or two, because i like the weight of their cardstock and the rounded corners.  this last time i ordered from them it was a priority order, though, and they screwed it up.  I got to thinking about how many of my orders they have screwed up over the years and it's most of them, honestly.  They are good for once-off but if you are looking to build a lasting relationship you would be well served to go local.

Just a side note... you could always buy one of those corner cutters at a craft store and snip the points off..

I had no problems with my order from overnight prints.  However, I uploaded a pdf a graphic designer friend made for me (the joy of working for trade!), I didn't use their tools.

There were quite a few codes on retailmenot.com when I got my cards, too.  I ended up paying about $11 WITH shipping for 100 of them!

Hey porkchop, why were the corners so horrible from Overnight? I want to order rounded corners too, what was wrong with them?

I've been pondering just buying a corner punch thingy - maybe one of those fancy scrapbooking cornerers. I have minions to do my punching on thousands of cards Wink  Not really. But I can dream.
