So I got this snack from this cookbook my mom edited called The 100 Calorie Snack Cookbook, and it is so-so delicious and east I have to share!

All you do is get some cottage cheese, then sprinkle in red pepper flakes, coriander, sesame seeds. Then get some nori and crumble it up real small and add that. Mix and enjoy!

It sounds a little weird, but I really can't get enough of this!

The commissary here sells "Rice Seasoning" which contains seaweed, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.  I could eat that on cottage cheese all day.

That sounds absolutely amazing! Also sounds good in eggs, rice. Cottage cheese additions are awesome.

The book didn't have measurements because they wanted you to make a giant batch of the seasoning mixture to save and sprinkle on whenever. So not very useful for making it in individual batches!
I never measure it out exactly, just eyeball it. But I'd say probably a two teaspoons of the coriander, and the sesame seeds. The red pepper has to just be to taste depending on how spicy you want it! And the nori I'd say about two tablespoons! You may end up playing around with the amounts based on which spices you like more of, this is just my estimate!

Sometimes you can find a pre-mixed version of this bottled at small asian markets. I believe it would be labeled as "Furikake", though I may have spelled that wrong... (I sell it at the shows I do, but the labels on mine aren't in English)
