Oooh!  All this time and it makes its way over here.  I am so excited.  Don't you worry everybody, I've got my camera warming up as I write.  I promise to take some pics when I get it, and before I send off back to Jenny.

Rozekitten, should I send batteries for your camera?  Did they die from waiting by the mailbox?

I'm dying here! Grin

Hello ladies!  Let's all come down now, the moment has come.  I just got it in the mail yesterday.  Ready to see the towel up to now?  I haven't done my part yet, but I will do it tommorrow.  I will post a final picture before it makes it's way home as well.

Without further ado:

If anyone would like to get up close and personal with one of the images let me know, I took pics of all of them.

So far, I am just amazed with the look, feel, and weave of the towel.

Jenny or Mary, are these the towels that you are currently selling on the website?

From what I understand, yes. When some friends of mine and I took a class from Jenny here in Austin back at the end of April, she mentioned the "Ideal Tea Towel" project (this one!) and said that they did end up just going ahead and stocking these towels when the previous stash ran out. I think at that point there had already been raves from the beginning of this towel-try-out project.

At least that's what I understood. Jenny/Mary, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Smiley

rozekitten - Thanks for the pictures.  I can now sleep with ease.  No more dreams of the towel being held hostage by seam rippers threatening to undo all the stitching one stitch at a time.  AAHH!  The idea still scares me.

Thanks so much...  sorry for being so impatient!  It looks so cool I wish it was mine.  Can't wait to see what you do with it.  Looks like 12 was the perfect number.

Too cool!  Thanks so much for posting the picture.

I can't wait to see what you do and if you have close ups post away I would love to get a better look at the cowgirl, cat and bird!
