I had a dremel tool that was my boyfriends but he took it with him sooooo now i need to use something else. can i melt a hole through it or something? haha. i dont know. help would be appreciated. i have regular drills but i dont think i have anything small enough to create a small hole. so uhhh... help?!?!?!

Ive never done it, but Ive heard you can heat a metal pin and just 'pierce' the plastic when the tip is completely heated
