Wawawa-wait?  Surely you're kidding, lol. Sometimes I get so anxious that it's hard not to post pics the day I complete them.

The question becomes whether it's easier to go back to look at photos or whether it's easier to go forward....for instance, what if instead of editing the old post, we moved it *forward* with a simple copy-paste and edited the old post to a link.  Of course, the downside of that is that you have to keep changing the previous links to the most recent one.  Well, I'll try posting Teeisme's lovely card with the forward method and see what you think.

I am a little confused about the bandwidth issue, though.  If I post four pictures, doesn't it take up the same amount of bandwidth no matter how many posts I spread those pictures over?  Now, if I replace the four pictures with one picture of the four cards, that would be different, but unless I completely misunderstand how bandwidth works, I'm not sure that this is really helping with that.

I received a lovely card from Butterflie today- check it out here- on page 2

Unfortunately the post office machinery had a hard time with the 3D embellishment she chose and it got eaten alive!!! So this is a quick note for all our newbies- if you are using a thick 3-d embellishment such as shells, gems, knots, etc... you have to do 1 of these 2 things-either--
1) have the post office clerk hand cancel it for you- this way it doesn't go through the embellishment eating machine, or...
2) Pad you r embellishment with some sort of thickness. You can use cardboard, craft foam, bubble wrap, tissue paper, ...anything that will make it smoother so it doesn't jam in the cancelling machine. These machines are very sensitive and chew up anything thicker than a sheet of cardboard (the gray kind- not the corrugated kind!).

Okay, since we need a snappy aliterative title, let's go with BatGrrl's Bat Battilion!

Today I received this fiesty card from Teeisme.  I present to you "Bats from Hell":

It's hard to tell, but the little guys sort of shimmer with perhaps just a touch of glitter.  Those flames are really intense--what medium did you use to produce them?  Thanks for another awesome card for my collection!

Mar. 5:  Ok, this is my first attempt at using the craftster picture hosting, so let's see how this goes.  (I hope the quality comes out OK--it wouldn't let me load the medium quality jpeg, even though it was only 40K.)

I give you "Bats Can Knit," created by the lovely and talented littlegreendragonfly:

It's absolutely adorable!  I love the little knitting needles and teal yarn in those little batty fingers!  Thanks!

your link isn't working for me Patti??

There's a space missing between the hyphen and the link, so it won't automatically go there.  If you copy-paste, it should take you there.

I totally hate that Patti's card got chewed. I'm sending her some new embellishments (hand-cancelled) tomorrow. Stupid machines.  Angry But, she should get her new ones in a couple days, and all will be well. Wink

Seeing as we are reverting to the old system of posting pics- I just erased my link and put the page direction. As we all admitted we're lazy I figured it didn't matter.  heehee!
