I'm gearing up to start my first fair isle pattern--yay!

Don't suppose anyone wants to take the plunge with me?  I'll be using the cowl pattern from I Can't Believe I'm Fair Isle Knitting, but any pattern would do for discussion of technique and whatnot, methinks.
