Alrighty! Im so glad that everyone likes my cake! Im very proud of it (wow Im such a dork). I posted the recipe but like I noted its a bit dry so maybe try adding 1/3 c oil...

Ooooh. I think you can make it vegan.

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups soymilk
1/2 cup soy margarine
1/4 cup oil
2 TBS vinegar
12 TBS cocoa powder
red food coloring

follow Eva's directions.  Cheesy

mine didn't come out dry. but then again I don't like really moist cakes.

The cupcakes look DELICIOUS! Wow! Could I make the recipe and just use them for cupcakes instead of making the cake?

And for the frosting, has anyone tried non-dairy stuff? like soy milk etc?
