hey everybody! i was wondering if there was a way you could create a wax ball, stick a needle through it for the hole, and use some sort of paint or something to make it stay intact and not melt again. i think you could make some pretty cool beads doing this, but i don't know how i could make it work..
please help!

Unless you coated it in resin, I don't really think it would work.

If it weren't a hundred percent coated with something like resin, even all inside the hole, then when it melted it would run out. Even so, it would melt inside and if it had different colors they would probably run together.

I think you could work up some polymer clay beads that look like wax with the translucent clays.
