Does anyone know of any good craft stores that carry cotton yarn in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area? It seems that all I can ever find is wool (which I'm allergic to, sadly) and acrylic (which can be awfully tiring, as that's all I can ever knit with). Thanks so much for any suggestions!!

Hmm, I think Ben Franklin has some.  I don't know that they have a wide selection, though.  Maybe the Knitting Shoppe?  Except I think they mainly carry wool and acrylic.

There's a new shop in Coralville- in the little shopping plaza where Memories on Fifth is(right next door to the Coralville University Credit Union) Here's the web site for the store and it has directions. Love to support the local small businesses!!!

Crazy Girl yarn shop is the greatest! I used to go to it when it was only  in Muscatine. They have EVERYTHING. I highly recommend you check it out.

Thanks, guys! I saw an ad for this place while I was at work the other day and I think I actually squealed out loud...I've been putting off going until after finals, but now I am giving myself full knitting privileges!
