Yea, we all love jewelry. I've been making a lot of jewelry lately, so I was wondering what your favorite projects are. I like toothbrush bracelets,  scrabble bracelets, anything beaded, duct tape cuffs and glass marble bracelets. You guys?

Don't know if this qualifies for jewelry or not but when I read duct tape it reminded me of something. One of my son's friends made him a wallet out of duct tape!!! She made it while they were in class-makes me wonder.....why was there duct tape in the class room (unless, of course, this child carries it with her and that leads to many other questions) and why did she have enough time to do this in class??? Okay-now I officially sound like my mom YIKES!!!! Rock on girlie-the wallet looks cool!!!!

I would just like to defend myself and say that there is nothing wrong with a child who carries duct tape around. ;-) I think in the 9th grade all of my friends had a roll in their backpack at any given time.

i firmly believe duct tape can fix just about anything.  why, there's a roll on the dining room table as i type-just sealed up some drafty vents.  hey, even the current admin. (political, not craftster Wink) recommened duct tape in case of a terrorist attack Huh

back to the topic...favorite homemade jewelry...hmmmm...p recious metal clay is darn cool, but macaroni, if done well, can pretty stylin' .  like with metallic paints and such.

My daughter isn't old enough yet to make me jewelry, but I used to work for a preschool, and have some lovely necklaces my kids there made for me.

I'm going to cheat at this thread, though, because I'm a professionally trained gold and silversmith, and my favorite home-made jewelry involves cultured pearls and silver wire.  (My favorite at the moment, that I've kept for myself, that is.  My mother has gotten all my truely favorite pieces as gifts over the years.  I made her a sterling bracelet once that I still am dying over giving to her...)
