I finished this purse for my niece.  Made it from the legs of my old denim jeans, added a yard sale belt for the strap, a thrift store "R" pin for Rhiannon, a little trim, and a few of my beads on ribbons.  I'd love to see your denim jeans creations!

Oh thats pretty! I like how you used a belt for the strap!

Everyone makes wonderful purses around here. One day I will get inspired enough to use the sewing maching I bought ! LOL

Everyone's bags are so cute.  I thought I'd jump in here with a couple I've made.  One is from a little girl's skirt the other was a little girl's jumper that I took the bib part off of.  I love working with jeans and jean skirts.

This one is the skirt. The lining is the purse part and is the same as the little rose bud print as the sash.

This one was the jumper.  It has cute embroidery at the bottom and on the front pockets and the purse/lining fabric is plaid/check in 3 shades of green with lady bugs on it.  I made the lady bug button.

I too love everyone's ideas for what to do with "previously loved" denim and I love working with it.  The ladybug button is made from polymer clay.  I make a lot of my own buttons.  I have way too many "addictions" LOL.
