I made this for my sister-in-law's baby shower.  She picked out the outside red fabric, I made the rest of the decisions.  Smiley

Adjustable/removable shoulder strap, plus 2 adjustable/removable backpack straps.  3 outside pockets (2 bottle pockets, one on each end, plus a large front velcro pocket for the matching changing pad); 4 inside elastized pockets (2 for bottles, 2 for diapers/wipes).  Removable key clip.

Holy cow. You couldn't even buy anything that nicely made if you tried. Very impressive! Do you have any tips on how you did the zip?

(Hey that rhymes - completely unintentional Smiley)

Beautiful! And useful!! I love the backpack straps, those are SOOO handy! And I'd so like a new diaper bag!! Hmmm... Maybe that's where the tax return can go!

Know why chicken coops have 2 doors?

If they had 4 doors they'd be chicken sedans.

My cousin had a baby Sunday morning and I think this would be the perfect gift!

Did you use a pattern for the bag?  Also, was the changing pad made or store bought (if made, what material did you use for both the outside and inside)?  I'm sorry about all the questions, the search is down again.  =(
