This was a fun and easy afternoon quilt to make.

I just rotary cut different width horizontal strips from 4 cooridinating fabrics, pieced on the machine, added cotton batting and a cow print backing. I machine quilted and also added the binding by machine.

I've seen this fabric at Hancock Fabrics. I love it, but I don't love cows as much as some of my friends, then they'd be jealous and want one, too, so I decided against buying it.
I love how you used it. I didn't think stripes when I first saw it, but I like the way you did it. I think all the "moo"s are cute, too.

Thanks everybody!
I'm not much of a cow fan either but the fabric was cute (and cheap!).

I have a bunch of vintage linens for trade. Looking for neat halloween fabrics, day of the dead stuff, star wars stuff.

Oh you know, I adore cow things and I bought that very same cow   fabric.  I brought it home and I was trying to figure out what the heck to do with it.  I was thinking mount it on a canvas and hang itup.  I'm still planning on doing that but...this looks rad!  I love it!

Thanks for the inspiration.
