I have knit some really easy pillows in the round, make a tube, stuff and sew up both ends and I wanted to make some with more complicated patterns.  Does anyone know of a good tute on fair isle knitting so I can change color without leaving holes? Huh

You could try here:

http://www.knittinghelp.com/knitting/advanced_techniques/

, there's a section on stranded knitting partway down...

Otherwise, you should definitely try the knitting board, there's loads of info on there and I'm sure someone would know of a lot more tutorials than I do.
