Okay Everyone, here is the story:

I have been with my boyfriend, who is the love of my life, for over 2 and a half years now.  On March 26th he will leave for a 3 month adventure in Europe with his friends.

We have been apart for a month at a time before but this is big.

I want to give him something for Valentines Day that will remind him of me when he is in Europe, but will also be useful.

I was thinking maybe several pairs of screened boxers with my face on the front in glow-ink.  That will keep them pesky girls off him! Wink

Any other suggestions are more that welcome!

Haha I love that idea, that is hilarious  Cheesy
I think it could be a cool idea to make him a cool travel journal for when he's away...you could both keep one and exchange them when he got back? I don't know though, it definitely depends on the person, since some people would never use a journal.
My boyfriend and I are long distance, and I have been thinking about making him a pillowcase with a picture of me printed onto it--a side profile, with my eyes closed, like I'm sleeping beside him on the pillow. But I'm not sure, that might be weird.
Hmmm also maybe giving him a travel 'survival guide' with pictures of you, phone cards, stationary, a mix cd to listen to on the plane, a little booklet with some simple phrases in other languages he might need to know, stuff along those lines. Something practical but personal would be neat cause he'd use it a lot and think of you.
Haha I don't know, just some random ideas.

Haha, my boy went to college, so I almost never see him =(
I always bought him practical things...like he said he didn't have an alarm clock, so I went out and found a nice one [he LOVES it, and it reminds him of me when he wakes up every morning...at least, the mornings I don't call him and wake him up stupidly early in the morning].
I gave him a little flashlight he needs for flying.
I gave him a stuffed animal, real small one that wasn't too girly.
Made him a pillow.
And so on
