I received from superhooker today!  Loads of pics cuz I got loads of stuff!

First off: 2 coloring powders - red and green; 5 soap scents - nag champa, fresh cut roses, snickerdoodle, mint and country apple.  They all smell divine!

soap molds and goats milk suspending soap:

Lots of yummy stuff to put in the soap: alfalfa, coffee, peppermint, comfrey and pink rose petals.  I adore the smell of coffee!

Detailed directions, papers, slub silk and aloofiber for tying soap.  I can't wait to get into this!

There was also a pack of coffe wrapped in this adorable green ribbon with a washcloth.  Hubby confiscated the coffee - he'll really enjoy it!!

Thanks so much, superhooker!!  You're an excellent swapper!

"just keep crafting, just keep crafting"

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

I too got my soap making kit in the mail from SUPERHOOKER.  She must have sent out two kits, because SevsonlyGirl and I have the same one. We'll have to share notes and finished products to see how differently we use the materials superhooker provided.

anyways. pictures.

I recvd a huge hunk of goats milk soap base and several bags of great add ins.  Mint, camphor, rose petals, coffee.  I know some of this materials is also going to end up in my next batch of handmade paper.  I'm thinking I'll make soap with handmade paper wrap to match.

Speaking of which, Superhooker thoguht of everything not only the instructions, base materials, loads of great scents but also material to WRAP out finished soaps.  Thats really thinking.  And I love these decorative papers.  Can I start stock-piling presents for next Christmas?

I also got a great washcloth-- see sevsonlygirls picture for a better closeup.  I just love this little washcloth and would love a pattern....  it too came wrapped around some coffee and wouldn't you know it my S.O. claimed it to take to his office.  Hehe.
Thanks again

I received my needle roll up kit from superhooker!  Pictures to follow later.. or tomorrow.  Yee! I'm so excited!

Here's the kit!  it includes 3 different fabrics to pick and choose from, thread, 2 different ribbons, a marking pencil, pins, directions, and a measuring tape (which by the way, you can never have enough!  I'm always loosing mine)
