This is a pattern from a really old macrame book I picked up at a used book store. Some of the patterns are o.k., this one however is ... well ... it's ... you tell me.

LOL. I know I've seen that book; I may even own somewhere. Are there really intricate wall hangings that take up an entire wall? I've always been curious how long it'd take someone to make one.

I am a jeweller and this is the kind of stuff we like to do, because no restrain of practicality just creation. This is a old book from the seventies and this was the style.
