I spun up all my scrap fiber and didn't know how the yarn would turn out or how it would knit up-especially since it's a big mix of wool, angora, merino, mohair, hemp, and alpaca-but I really like how the colors blended together.  I based it off this pattern but modified it because my yarn wasn't as thick.... http://droppedstitches.blogspot.com/2004/11/two-movie-easy-knit-hat-pattern.html

For a chance fibrous meeting this hat turned out just wonderful, I especially like the greens. A pity the pic isn't 'gropeable' though, would love to get a right good feel.

Well done.

If all our life is but a dream, fantastic posing greed
Then we should feed our jewelry to the sea
For diamonds do appear to be
Just like broken glass to me.
