what would you charge for a pecan pie, considering the price of the pecans and everything??

Depends on the size of the pie... We used to sell 8" pecan pies at the local farmers' market for $10 (CDN). We tried a little higher at first ($12, I think) and people just weren't willing to pay that much --- they'd opt for a fruit pie or something else that was cheaper.

I think I would be willing to pay $7-8 for an 8" pecan pie. 

What are your costs for a single pie?
