Here is one of my first quilts... I made it for my niece a few years ago. The upper portion is a traditional Bargello (using batiks), with a pieced and appliqud sunrise and hills. I tried to make the quilting more dense on the farther away hill to show distance, but I'm not sure if it worked. Anyway, I had a lot of fun making this, and I hope my niece enjoys it for a long time Smiley
