I always love seeing your shrimps, you should market them to Red Lobster of something. The kids get one when they order a child's meal, or perhaps they perch them in a frou frou drink like an umbrella. They make me smile everytime. Really, very creative!

Okay, I LOVE the shrimp, but has anyone been able to find patterns/instructions for anything other than shrimp and stars?  Seems the internet is lacking in these kinds of tuts...

I've seen flies, parrots, dragons, dragonflies, snails (very cool) and a few other misc. animals and critters made from straws.  I would LOVE to find a book on this if anyone has info!

When we were on vacation in Holguin, one of the guards made these for us out of palm fronds.  He tried to teach me how, but I was under the influence of the tasty margarita, so sadly I didn't pick up the method.
