Do you have any tips or tricks on how you split the yarn?  It never occurred to me try it until reading your post, but so far I'm just ending up with a tangled mess.

This is just sensational.  I know from experience how hard it can be to knit a delicate, fitted sweater like this.  One wrong bit of shaping and it's a disaster...

I'm amazed that you split all the yarn too.  I can't imagine how many hours the whole project must have taken.
