erm ok so as the other girl was lost i am too... ah it hurts to think about how she did it.. ok so i understand the whole cut out with the paper behind it thing but how did u get the color on the shirt if ur just cutting out the paper? ugh...ouch my brain hurts... must be those younger siblings of mine driving me up a wall...anyways im dying to try this (i havnt stenciled before, ive REALLY been meaning to get to walmart to get the things i need, but this seems to be the best) rock on

You need to paint the spaces where you cut out.

Hmm...good question...it's not the same as wax paper, that stuff has two sides of wax I think.  I can honestly say I can't give you a good answer, I'd just go with freezer paper and don't take a chance.
