My 5 YO named him. He's made of some orange fake fur I acquired as a remnant, with fleece eyes machine appliqued on. He is supposed to stop nightmares from bothering my kidlet, but as yet he has not learned his place. Kidlet believes that this is because he has no mouth. He may be right. At any rate, he is quite loved and has a happy place to sleep each night wrapped up in 5 year old love. I have a smallish scrap left over to make one more for kid #2. Perhaps I will give this monster a mouth. He is my first foray into stuffie land and I am proud!

Know why chicken coops have 2 doors?

If they had 4 doors they'd be chicken sedans.

That is sooo cute.  A very good idea, too!  My son has to have an exact routine every night or he swears he'll have nightmares...maybe he just needs someone scary to scare the bad dreams away.
