I'm totally in. And signups will be near Earth Day?

i'm thinking of organizing this--it would be my first swap organizing

i was thinking that signups could be end of march/beginning of april, with send outs right around earth-day itself. what better way to celebrate then to get gifts of recycled love!

unless someone else was really looking forward to organizing??

First let me say, thanks for offering to organize us! We could all help you too, so don't worry!
I think the time line is cutting it a little short... just because, we have to think about sign up time (say 2 weeks) and crafting time (3 weeks?) and sending time (could be a couple of days BUT could be up to a week...) so that right there from beginning to end is about 6 weeks (this is typical in most swaps Smiley ).... so if Earthday is April 21st.... we should be starting send outs around March 10th or so... does anyone else have an opinion about this? I just wanted us to really think about the time line, I have been in a couple of swaps that cut it really close to the holiday we were crafting for.... Smiley

So you're thinking that we should receive by Earth Day.  Yeah, that might make more sense.  If this is the case then sign ups should start now.

Oh! Ya! Isn't that what everyone else wants? I just assumed it would be like stuff we could use for earth day too... like for instance last year I got a sweet tote bag with an earth day patch on it... I took it to the earth day festival we had here, and I bought a couple of things, and used my own bag!!! I suppose it could be like a swap because of earthday... like in honor of... not necessarily for things specifically for that one day!
I suppose we really could do it either way... Smiley

I like the toughts of either way.  But it would be nice to receive by Earth Day....you know, to show off our goodies to people at the various events we might be attending.
