How do you make the armature? There is one, right?

Well, I put some tinfoil on the inside of his face to save clay, and I just sewed the body with felt before covering it in fur. There's some posability in the arms and I did that with copper wire. Hope that helps!

That is indeed super great. Hooray! Well done! What kind of clay, for the head? Polymer clay, or something fire-able?

Fake fur is indeed a beeeyotch to work with. I learned from somewhere a very clever trick: when you cut it, use a razor blade or X-acto knife and cut from the back/woven side. That way, you just cut the backing and not the tips of the fur, cleverly avoiding Tiny Pieces of Fur Everywhere.
