Here's a recipe for a delicious seafood dish... I kinda just eyeballed it as I made it so there aren't exact measurements.

2 tbls olive oil
1 small onion sliced thin
1 clove garlic
2 servings thawed squid and/or scallops (shrimp, clams or lobster would prob work too)
1/2 cup dry sherry
2 tbls parsley
salt and pepper

Heat the olive oil in the pan and saute the onion and garlic
Stir in the seafood of you choice and cook for 10 min covered. Stir occasionally.
Add the sherry, parsley and salt and pepper (to taste) and cook uncovered until most of the liquid has reduced into a wonderful sauce.

It tastes delicious. I would recommend adding diced tomatoes when you put in the sherry and parsley and eating it on its own with bread or tossing it with pasta.
