I love this project, so I had to do it myself.
It is now in my living room above the wanna be fireplace, and has gotten many comments.

now I just have to make one out of beer cans for my brother, he was so kind to collect his cans from his past camping trip for me.

I am going to make one too. I started collecting cans--mine are all going to be energy drinks or canned tea. I have saved two cans; cause the only thing I really like about energy drinks is the cans. So, I will be gamely at this for a while yet.

I have mirrors. Mirrors I have. Got them all at a thrift store--$5 for four of them. "Vintage", with bezeled/beveled(?) edges. Only one of them is rectangular. The others are hex shaped or otherwise. Still, I have done nothing but store them for a year waiting for just the right idea to put them to use. THIS is just that idea.

wow! it looks great! they all look great!

and I thought I'd answer this
By the way, does anyone know how to make my pictures smaller?

it looks like your pics are hosted at photobucket - in your photobucket album -above each individual pic there are the words  move  |  edit  |  share  |  delete

if you click on edit, you have options to re-size the pic...

I saw a mirror like this and wanted to get one, only it was $1000, and about 1/3 of the size; needless to say that wasn't happening.  I think I will try this as soon as I can.  I'm in college at the moment, so lots of soda cans are laying about Smiley
