How do you know if you have been wisted?  I don't know until I run into it in someone's wist list!

Yep, that's really the only way to find out right now. Also though, if you click on the "Latest" link at the top of the Wists page you can scroll through the most recently added items.

If I post pictures of something on Craftster, I kind of keep an eye on that section for the next 24 hours, since that seems to be when a lot of Wist-ing occurs.

And I can't believe I just admitted how pathetic I am to do that.

<happy sigh>

you crafters are so good to me.  it's been a bit of a tough week.  today, I came home to packages....  plural!

from groschveux, inspired by my wists, I got a great teal corduroy hobo type bag... there are 5 covered buttons as decoration, and 1 corduroy covered button for closure.  the decorative buttons are from the same fabric as the lining, and the lining for the zipped pocket!

next package was my dragonfly decorated, personalized swap journal from Mlsocci74!  she really listened to me when i told her the things i'm always forgetting.... like "did i remember to take pictures".... or "who was i supposed to be getting something from, and what swap?"  it's a wonderful book, and i KNOW it'll help me keep things a little more organized!

Marija and Melissa, thank you both so much.... you helped make my day so much better!

Sooo much cool stuff on here! I love those marshmallows. Are they made out of "minky" fabric? They look very snuggly.  Cool

I recieved a gorgeous bag from Loves2experiment! She made it based on a bag in my wists, and it's absolutely perfect! I had better pictures yesterday, but our new computer downstairs crashed hard, and I lost everything on it. It's under warranty, but there are lots of pics on there that I did not get backed up. Sigh. I'm on the old computer in the bedroom for now. So, I took this pic in the bathroom, where I had the best light. I'll try to replace it later with a nicer shot. The bag is just superb:

Isn't it pretty? I love it!!
Here is the inside of the bag, with pockets. The whole thing is beautifully made.

And, as if she she hadn't already spoiled me rotten, I found these three tubes of Japanese beads inside:

They look yummy! I'm going to have fun with these!
Thank you so much!

I'm glad you like the tee shirt fleur_delicious! Now let's see an action shot!

p.s. I received my package from GatsbyGirl! She sent me a cute pink eyeshade with a quote from Breakfast at Tiffany's and a bunch of comic books to use for a few projects I'm working on. I can't wait to cut em up! Thanks GatsbyGirl! (Pray the camera wants to work today and I can post a photo!)

That bag is terrific. One day, I will brave attempting to make totebags. Is it one of those things I'm dreading and then once I do it I'll wonder why I've been avoiding it so long?

At this point I wish there was a "wist gallery" link. People are really showing the love in February.

Oh, and Banga, no biggie about the photos. Since it was a stack of supplies I didn't bother taking any. The eyeshade was just a fun little extra because, really, who doesn't love Audrey?

Now, back to working on roxybadoxy's embroidered t-shirt.

hurray, here's a pic of the tee from Banga (in action). I can post a detail shot of the swallow if folks want - you can also see it in my wists, it's spot-on!

I'm still not used to the lack of winter here. Especially when everyone else is getting pounded with winter storms and snow and we're wearing shorts. bizarre...
