Bought a bag of fuse beads and a few peg plates, and I really only used the heart!  Between my husband (who made some great Mario themed goodies) and I, we used up pretty much all of a bag of 6000 beads, plus 2 400 count bags.

Here's a link to the flickr set with all the individual coaster sets, plus my huz crafting it up.  He's cute.  It's gross.  I love it. :p

I'd totaly forgotten about fuse beads until I saw your post.  I used to love making stuff with them when I was a kid! I think my grandparents still have my fuse bead magnets on their fridge.

I might just pick up a new set on my next trip to the craft store, for old times sake  Grin

I'm telling you, i swear I liked these better as an adult than as a kid, and I loved these things when I was a kid.  Go figure.  I guess it's the more-developed artistic eye and love for kitschy or mod stuff.

that's a really fun way to use fuse beads! thanks for the inspiration. i have only done one fuse bead project but now i think i am headed to my local craft shop.  these would make a fun outdoor garland too.
