I'm trying to find a site called elan.com (my friend is unsure of the name) - but I've had no luck. I've been told that there is a lace pattern for a summer shawl that uses 600 yards of lace weight yarn, and I haven't had any luck.

Also, can anyone tell me the name of the Noro  yarn that has been discontinued ? It was a silk/cotton mix and I'm trying to find it on e-bay.

I've already done a board search, but no joy.

Thank you.

http://elann.com [2 n's]

There are a lot of patterns there, you'll have to look around.

And I suspect the yarn you're looking for is "Lily". A tip on google searching. Put in what you know, like here I took the info you gave and typed it into google as follows: discontinued noro yarn silk cotton. Easy peasy!
