First project post... be gentle!

Grin After roaming the streets of Whitby and finding similar falls for about £120(!!!) I decided I'd make my own Cheesy

Two 100g hanks of Colinette Point 5 wool, 60cm of elastic and 2 hair clips later I had these Cheesy

which give BIG volumey hair when in...

They're also lighter than synthetic dreads so much more wearable for longer periods Cheesy

Any comments welcome  Smiley

Thanks!

Those are tooooooo cute! I love them! As a librarian ( I know.... YAWN! But I get first pick on the new craft books that come in!) I have to look somewhat respectable, but those are such a great idea for those times when I'm not behind the library desk and I want to have a little fun! I have to search for that yarn now!

You can only make so many things each month before you explode. I think I'm nearing my crafty limit.

I love this!!!! I love hair falls but they are so super heavy that my head hurts after a night out.
It would be awsome if you could make a tute for themwhen you have a chance cuz I need some desperately!
