Making a miniature top hat has been a dream of mine for a long time now, but I have NO idea on how to go about this.  Undecided Do any of you have an idea?? Thanks for the help  Grin

just occured to me... you may want to try looking for children's hats. that may give you the scale you're looking for.

My daughter has made some mini-top hats using craft foam.





I could probably get her to write out a tute but I know she didn't use a pattern.  She just winged it.
