So, I know you can make toy potatoes (stuffed with polyfil) out of pantyhose...  Sounds simple enough... uuurrrmmm... but how do you sew/tie off the pantyhose in an invisible way?  I made two and they have weird gatherey-puckers that I can't get out.  Does someone here know the trick?

You need to ease the opening, or fold it over and make small stitches.  You know how some taters have deep indentations?  Add a few extra "eyes" to the tater.  There isn't a wrong way really.

Just work with it until you don't have the gathers.

Good Luck!
