Smile. You don't know who's watching...

Hello!
I live around Pittsburgh, and I was wondering if any of you fellow Pittsburghers do clothing alterations. My prom dress is pouchy in the belly and a little big on the sides, and I'm having problems figuring out how to alter it. I figure if I'm going to have to shell out cash (cringe!) to alter it, I'd rather come to a craftster (or someone a craftster recommends as cheap/good?) than go anywhere else ;-) It's already a drain on my ego to have to do this!

Thanks!
