http://keepknitting.blogspot.com/

I finished my "Wicked" yesterday.
It ended up without a pocket, but with short sleeves and a cabled ribbing. It is gorgous, fits quite well, and cost me less than 5$ to make since I got the Heilo on sale for less than 1$/each. I used 6 and a half balls, around 650 Yards, and it is about a size 12-14(?).

You can see it in my blog (Link above).

Thankyou for the inspiration to knit this wonderfull sweater - and WOW are there many other gorgeous Wicked's out there!

Finished the body - now I just have to decide if I want 1/2 or 3/4 length sleeves.

Finished. I love it even if it is not perfect.

I am very pleased with how this turned out. It was a very quick and easy knit, as well as my first top-down raglan and my first time using Patons' Zhivago. I was hoping that the cream and deep red would give the finished piece a bit of a retro feel. Plus: no seaming = joy!

Details on blog...

Everyone's Wicked looks great. So great that I went and bought me the pattern and yarn to knit this. I bought Artyarns Supermerino Color 122

http://www.kpixie.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=3671

I can't wait for it to get here and get started. Until then I guess I will read back to see if there were any problems with the pattern... and maybe finish up one or two of the other three sweaters I am knitting.  Cheesy

That is an awesome cardigan!
Everyone is making such great progress!

I started mine on March 3 and finished on April 30, so less than 2 months with non-constant knitting.  12 skeins Knitpicks Andean Silk in olive.  Note, I added too many stitches before the sleeves... I did many decreases for shaping to compensate.  Also, I did a twist on the bottom hem and sleeves, and no pocket.  I am happy with the final result and hope to get lots of use out of it when the weather cools off again.

I apparently forgot to come back and post my final photo...

Looks great!

I'm cruising along on my Wicked. I love the Artyarns Supermerino. Although I can't for the life of me figure out how they got 4 1/2 sts per inch with this yarn. I'm getting 5 1/4 sts per inch. I tried going up a size but the fabric I got was way too loose looking. I've noticed how people have complained about it being a bit on the big size, so I'm hoping that it won't matter. Plus since its knit top down I can try it on as I go. I just hope I don't have to rip it out. That would suck.
