I've destashed a little more, it's been very cold the last week, so I've got more time inside the house - the garden is not intersting in rain and storm.

the colors are much brighter IRL

No, it's Bamboozled by Cyn - http://www.cyn.ca/knit/patterns/

I love the hat on left sggs, the mix of yarns is great.

More sock yarn seems to have snuck into my stash, and I bought a skein of yarn to make a gift for a friend last week, but other than that...  Tongue

I just finished up a very small miter square blanket made out of some random red heart acrylic I had laying around. I originally intended for it to be bigger and use up all of that yarn, but then I discovered I HATED making miters. It was a long struggle just to finish the four I used to make this.

(it actually is square, just a wonky picture that I didn't care enough about to redo. Can you tell I'm over this blanket? Wink)

I'm thinking next I might try making Elizabeth Zimmerman's baby surprise blanket using my red heart. I can't hate it any more than miters!  Roll Eyes

I have been sooo bad!  I keep finding yarn on sale and despite my best intentions to stash bust, I've bought more.  It's become a really bad habit!  So, I'm going to try and commit to this again!  I did finish a crochet baby sweater and a couple of beanies before I went on my binge!   Grin
