I received from RisingPheonix today! Just what I needed really, I just got diagnosed with Raynaud's and I'm going through a bunch of tests to determine the cause, so I really needed something to take my mind off it.

Everything-

- a copy of Bead magazine
- a book to teach myself Origami
- gorgeous origami papers
- yummy purply-pink fingerless gloves
- a purple mug cozy
- a pink can cover

Gloves

I have tiny hands to its really nice to have gloves that fit and that I can wear to knit and type

Cover and Cozy

Holding cold things hurts hence the can cover to help my grip and protect my fingers (please ignore the beer can, its not mine!) and I tend to burn myself very easily on hot things so the mug cozy keeps my coffee warm and my fingers safe!

FYI the diseases were carpel tunnel, chronic pain, Raynaud's and anxiety.

my partner, acrophobicpixie, recieved about a week ago, but hasn't been around (i hope she's alright!).  Here are some pictures of what I sent:

1) The Whole Package (minus a few candles i forgot to put in the photo)  Please excuse my laundry basket.

There are candles, a candlemaking kit (inside the box), a magnet in the shape of a J for Jessica, a purple notepad, and a little coin purse decorated with buttons.

2) The Candlemaking Kit (with instructions)

I haven't talked to her, but I hope she likes it!

That looks awesome sparklypants!

My partner hasn't been around either. Last I heard, the poor thing was in the hospital. When I get home, I'll see if I can find the photos of what I sent her :-)

And as life finally slows down enough for me to post:

I received from Acrophobic Pixie a wonderful pair of half-gloves(crocheted?) half-gloves in various BEAUTIFUL shades of blue, a very cute set with a memo pad, lipstick shaped pens and a planner, an eye mask which I'll probably be enjoying in the tub later this evening, and CHOCOLATE! Thank you!

(edited to add - you gotta hate it when you copy the wrong link! Photo fixed!)
