Hi,
I want to make some Christmas themed pajama pants for my family, but I can't seem to find any Christmas themed flannel ANYWHERE! I've been to all the fabric stores in my area & looked online & on ebay, but no luck. I've only found regular cotton. Can anyone help? If not, do you know what other fabric might be good for some soft, warm P.J. pants? Thanks!

polar fleece would work.

But you might just want to wait a little bit.  I'm sure they'll have tons of xmas related fabric after halloween is over (since halloween is a big sewing holiday)

I've seen holly berry, & other Holiday themed flannel at Walmer it was $2.44 or $3.44  a yard.

If you're having trouble finding flannel, how about using the regular, holiday-themed cotton with a non-holiday flannel lining? They'd be extra warm and cozy.
