Whoo!  I made another thing... because, well, I went to a nerd party on saturday and didn't have anything to wear!

It's definitely not an original idea... but it's pur-ty.

I love belt buckles like that.
I have this weird little phobia that people would try to push the buttons and it would freak me out.

no touchy,touchy!

I don't know if this counts but its the husbands birthday on the 27th of this month and he's a big gamer nerd. I was planning on suprising him with a Magic the Gathering cake (decorate it like a deck of cards with dice on top. I'm not sure what else to get him though. I was thinking of some fuzzy dice for the car but make fuzzy d20's or something.

Ha.. it HAS happened way too many times and it freaks me out.  My first thought when someone is reaching for my pelvis is NOT that they're trying to touch my belt!
You'd think I'd have learned by now.. but no.

I'd love to join-- I'm actually just starting a duplicate doll/plushie of my main WoW char: a Draenai hunter, complete with big kitty pet! Going shopping for fabrics tomorrow-- if anyone knows of any good tutorials for stuffed, jointed dolls, let me know  Cheesy!

I'd love to join I'm starting a Zelda 8 bit throw for my boyfriend. I hope that counts. It's going to be done in crochet with a bunch of granny squares so it'll look like little pixels. I hope to have it done by April as a gift for our anniversary. If i can get it done sooner though that would be amazing. We're having a make up X-mas in March since we had just moved into our apartment in Oct. and I didn't have a job till Dec. so we just bought gifts for our family.

Sorry for the over explanation. I get carried away on here. Smiley

I thought I would post my Link afghan from the Zelda Windwaker game that I crocheted for my daughter  this past Christmas.  It's 32 sqaures by 32 squares.  The squares are the first 2 rounds of a granny squares, about 2" each.   I've only posted a few things on Craftster with the encouragement of husband and daughter; actually I posted this afghan under the crochet section maybe a month ago.  Hope you like.

*GAWK*
that is the coolest thing ever taysmom. I haven't crocheted since high school but I may just have to pick it up again. I'm just not quite sure what I would do. Huh

My WoW doll is still missing an arm. I think I'll work on that today and maybe take some pics. I really wish I could view screenshots so I could show you guys whats my toon looks like next to the doll. Undecided

So yeah. I sewed that arm on and then decided I hated it so I gave it to my toddler who had been eyeing it anyways.
So trying something different I went with a sculpted body and then fabric for clothes. she isn't quite done yet and I want to put her on a base.

head shot

my sculpting is still pretty simple but overall I'm happy with it.
I do have some pics of her naked. she is anatomicly correct. I spose I can black bar them if anyone wants to see.
