i like the idea of not allowing it to be open for new participants... you could also do it in the way of the sweat shoppe swaps... where everyone posts 5 *or more* then everyone makes a list of the ones they want... sends it to the organizer (you? heh) and you do the best to match the pairs up..

As I have a 100 or so stamps, I would be happy to join this one. We tried swapping images on the ATC board for awhile- but we got bumped cause it had to be on the general swap board. That might work out better because you may get people from other crafts that have rubber to get rid of.
I would suggest that when you post the list of stamps you have to swap, you also post an image from the stamp, as well as a description, such as: mounted/unmounted, rubber or clear. This makes a big difference to some stampers.
Also, for the stamped images- just B&W, or should we make available the colors we can produce. I have about 30 plus stamp pads- so I'll need to know if I have to list them all!!

My I am full of useless info tonight!!

Next weekend, my sis is bringing me a stash of stamps she doesn't use anymore, so I'll probably have even more to swap than I thought!

This is shaping up to be a fun swap!

I agree about also posting a stamped image so we can see what it will look like. So, we'd all have to agree that a used stamp is ok to receive.

I think what ever color will scan the best is ok by me.

I've been debating on this one. I have a bunch of stamps and some are old school, some have memories connected to them, and some I'd be happy to get rid of........ better sift through the stash.....
