RecycleMicol proudly presents...

Well I know you have all been quivering with antici-

pation, so here is the gnome card that RM made for me. It lives up to everything that has ever been said or mentioned about it! I was all nervous opening it after all the build-up about it! So I'm kinda speechless. I present to you the needle felted gnome from RM!
TA DAHH!!

I can't stop petting his lil' beard! Plus, I missed that issue of Gnome Weekly when my subscription lapsed  Wink. Thanks RM! He definetly lives up to his rep that preceded him!

Hee-hee.  Now that's what I call mixed media!

Very clever ATC.  Your mind is amazing, always enjoy the turns and new areas you explore.

Hee-hee.  You mean like this?  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=146180.30  The drop spindle...Yet another new craft I've picked up while waiting to get a spinning wheel.   Roll Eyes

Just call me Spongebob.  I feel like a crafty sponge soaking up all this knowledge!

Thanks, GO!

That's really funny.  I enjoy the gnome, but I think I enjoy the headlines even more.  I agree with Grace O, very clever

Yes, everyone talks about the gnome, but I don't know if anyone else really stopped to appreciate the clever article titles.  I kind of have some of the dry British humor from growing up watching the British comedies.

Thanks for noticing!

The titles on the card make it the funniest - smartest- darned atc I'VE ever seen.  Wink SO innovative. nice nice work RM.
And I love the fact that you are a sponge.  Grin needle felting, plying yarn, atcs, what's next craft diva?  Wink
Keep up the fabulously inspiring work RM. I love your passion.

What's next?  Other than tackling the spinning wheel, I'd like to try my hand at bobbin lace, Inkle and floor loom weaving, the lucet (I know how...just don't have one yet), glass blowing and lampwork beads, polymer clay, wood working, making miniature dollhouse furniture, and at some point, maybe painting.  Along with a few cool crafts on here like small-run screen printing, bead melting (once the kids are gone...don't want to give them dain bramage), and really get into the recycled art.

I'm sure there's more that I haven't even heard of yet.  And they'll come up with something else innovative for me to pick up once I get those things done.

If anyone has any tools that you use to make the previously mentioned crafts and they're just sitting around not being used, please let me know!  I can't buy much right now, but I'll see about paying for shipping!

Later,
RM

I love this - missed it in the ATC area - that is sooo creative and cute - I've been working on a few felted atc's and they are not this nice by a long shot.

Glad you liked it.  Can't wait to see yours, GG!  If you don't trade them by then, bring them to the meet & greet!!!

I haven't done any more felting since then except for a couple of little flowers.  I ran out of wool & llama since I made some CD drop spindles!  Hee-hee.  Need to make another fiber run soon.

Later!
